An Aashayein Foundation Initiative

As a Non – Government Organization, we at Aashayein Foundation have envisaged a vision of creating a future of providing quality primary education to every child. For almost 3 years, we have been actively involved in teaching English, Communication skills, etc in various Govt. and Govt. Aided Schools, providing stationery items to children and enrolling underprivileged kids to schools through our programs, sponsoring the education of underprivileged children, etc. We also focus on developing the talents of these kids in various extra curricular activities like Singing, Dancing, Acting, Sports, Arts and many more.

     Aashayein Foundation, a Non-profit organization formed by a group of young IT professionals in Bengaluru on May 19th, 2007, has now come a long way and matured into a structured organization with a single-minded goal. We have grown in past three years in strength and reach. Today we have full fledged operations in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. With the intention to expand and reach out to more kids we organize an annual event called Walkathon.

    Walkathon is a platform where we invite people from all walks of life to come together on a Sunday morning for the cause of Education. Through Walkathon we intend to create an opportunity for people to come forward and involve one-self to make a difference to the lives of these children. It’s a walk for the celebration of Education. It’s not just an event that completes on the day of the walk. It’s a step towards 100% literacy. Yes, its Possible that very soon every kid will get quality education.
